Step one - Contact your agency and ask for a password to access Employee Self Service

Your initial password to access Employee Self Service will be provided by your Agency’s Human Resource Office.

Step two - Login to Employee Self Service

Go to Employee Self Service.

Enter your User ID (the personnel number currently used on your leave slip). Note: All User ID’s must be 8 digits. Add zeros as necessary in front of the personnel number to have 8 digits in total (for example 00123456).

Enter your Employee Self Service Password.

Step three - Enter your e-mail address*

Click "My Personal Information" , then Select "Email Update" and enter your e-mail address. Your email address will be available in E-Recruiting the following day.

*You may use a non-state e-mail address, however you should check with your agency before doing so.

Step four -  Go to E-Recruiting


Login to E-Recruiting

Remember to use your eight-digit personnel number for your "User" name. Note: All User ID’s must be 8 digits. Add zeros as necessary in front of the personnel number to have 8 digits in total (for example 00123456).
